How do I get my color analysis?
Open Glowtype, tap “Start your color analysis,” answer the 7-question quiz about your skin, hair, and eyes, then take or upload a selfie. Your seasonal color season and a preview of your palette appear in about 60 seconds.
Why are some of my results locked?
The free version of Glowtype shows your color season and a preview of your palette. Glowtype Premium unlocks your full 24-color palette, makeup shade recommendations, hair color guidance, skincare picks, and unlimited re-analyses.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Glowtype directly. To cancel: iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Glowtype Premium → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I re-run my analysis with a different photo?
Yes. With Glowtype Premium, you can re-analyze your colors as many times as you like — useful after a new haircut, hair colour, tan, or as natural light changes.
What happens to my selfie after analysis?
Your selfie is uploaded for AI processing, analyzed, and then deleted immediately. We never store, share, or sell your photos. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Glowtype purchase, and request a refund. Apple decides each refund case individually.
My analysis seems wrong — what should I do?
Color analysis depends heavily on lighting in your selfie. For the most accurate result: use natural daylight (near a window, no overhead lights), face the camera straight on, no filters or makeup, hair pulled back. Then re-analyze with Premium. If results still seem off, email us with your concerns.
Is Glowtype available outside the UK?
Yes — Glowtype is available worldwide on the App Store. Pricing shows in your local currency.
